I don’t think time is of the essence. Let’s face reality. We are in the middle of an attempted overthrow of our govt. If Trump has the evidence from that CIA server showing who did what to who he can and likely will invoke the Insurrection act to round up the miscreants and lay out all the evidence to start meeting out justice. Dec 14th will just be another day.

But I clicked Levin’s “Life, Liberty, & Levin tonight expecting him to have some guest talking about the recent/ up-to-the-minute happenings regarding election 2020.
Instead, I get some reruns from episodes that were six months old.
Even Levin has bowed down to the anti-Trump management at Fox.

I keep reading this in FR but nobody is suggesting WHO ELSE can keep custody of the data. Who else in government can be trusted? ( The Post Office? /s ).
Oh, How I wish PDJT had been mobilizing his MAGA forces during the last three weeks to get them to apply pressure on the various state legislatures to take action.
It’s exasperating that he probably won’t hit the road until next Saturday in Georgia.
He needs to be engaging with we the people to enlist our help in his last ditch quest to save the Republic!!!
I say 100 million supporters of his would comply if he asked.
I myself am wondering if something quite similar to your description is at least QUITE POSSIBLE......

The FBi, like Two days ago, gave an Award to Fauci, which everyone knows was for opposing Trump.
FBI’s highest award went to Anthony Fraud Fauci.
They his evidence in Hillary’s case - and Strzok knew it would be uncovered - so Strzok and Page decided to say they were “intimidated” by Hillary’s lawyers. Later, asked why they covered up Weiner’s laptop, they claimed fatigue.
