I guess it's conceivably possible, but the article itself has him admitting that he "can't be 100% sure."

What actual concrete evidence makes him even only "2% sure?"

Well; it's a house and close to where Jesus has been recorded as being near at some time or other.

(But that should make him about 0.002% sure; more or less.)
