This is the third such story this weekend on FR. I don’t know what to make of it. Every one is from a source I’ve never heard of. Probably all aggregators of some sort and none doing any sort of primary investigation work.
I’m not implying that they are wrong. I’ll wait to declare victory over the deep state.
I am awake for a few hours in the middle of the night so I read Twitter. I am actually quite amazed by what I see out there. There are threads from people who appear to be intelligence analysts sharing details of their analysis about people, events. I actually believe them and feel this story aligns with what i am seeing. I never had a stance on QAnon but now think these are the good guys helping the President under Flynn. I never believed in the military industrial complex and NOW DO. I do analysis for a living and tend to see the big picture — I am impressed as to how the dots are connecting and all this appears to be funneled to Flynn, Wood, Trump, and Powell. I also like their memes!! How did we fight wars without them? :-)

What makes this story interesting is that Special Forces tend to be very conservative patriots, who take their oath to defend the Constitution seriously, and the transfer of Special Forces Command to directly under the new Secretary of Defense, Christopher C. Miller.
What do you think the Special Forces budget would be in a Democrat admin after going against the wishes of the Uniparty in support of Trump? It would be near zeroed out and everybody there knows it. DOD hasn’t supported POTUS against the coup for 4 years. They aren’t going to start now.
The fact that DOD seized servers in Germany was confirmed.
I would imagine such a facility was guarded for obvious reasons.
Therefore, what we are hearing about soldiers dying in the process does not surprise me.
Oh.. and it’s SOP to give cover stories like the helicopter crash for ongoing operational security reasons.
The deep state knows the consequences of what it’s doing here. don’t think for a second they are not willing to kill for it.

The DOD vs CIA story sound like a fake conspiracy story cooked up by liberals to discredit the real theft they accomplished.

DOD isn't unitary, and hasn't ever been unitary.
The idea all of DOD can be categorized as one way or another is silly.
Why would the uniparty destroy one of the most useful tools in DOD?
I have a close friend who was involved in numerous "black ops". Most of the time, they never knew the exact purpose of what they were doing.
In at least one case, they did not even know what country they were in. The margins of the maps, which showed where the map sheets were located in the larger picture, were cut off.
President Obama did a lot to place people with his ideology in top spots.
Occam’s razor applies here. Near everybody in the swamp hates Trump and wants him gone. We haven’t had a single Pro-Trump whistleblower anywhere in the deep state (including military) in 4 years. Nobody is going risk a sweet post retirement contractor gig when Trump is almost out the door. Why would they? The swamp is back in business if the steals goes through.
