...... Trump just restated everything he has already said previously ..... Nothing new .... In my opinion He didn’t sound very confident about the supreme court chances .....
Trump was NOT encouraging. He said getting to the SCOTUS is tough. He’s right. Going thru the appeals process with Obama judges slow walking he’ll run out of time.
Bottom line he mentioned in passing. He needs a judge or legislature with courage, The track record of courage in that group has been dismal.
IMHO, if he could get to the SCOTUS he might have a chance, but they are just as reluctant to interfere, the remedy needed would be just handing the win to Trump, as all other possible remedies would take him out of time
IMHO Alito might request a status hearing on his segregate the late votes order. Of course they didn’t and will lie and produce two dozen late votes. They’ve changed the date on the rest. Alito won’t endure that as the numbers soared at 4 am. Then Alito would have cause to bring the case in chief up, and consolidate the others in lower courts, as the claims are identical. Trump might get there that way. Other than that hope and prayer are the strategy that remains, That ain’t a strategy
