I was quoting President Trump on Maria. He also said that the DOJ and FBI are not involved. Missing in action.
to my experience, obviously"conventional wisdom" has been blown to hell since Trump, and this qualifies as another piece of wisdom that may be undone.
We have a new gaggle of judges from top to bottom--except for Pennsylvania.
That's a good start. But there are a lot of states already using paper ballots (e.g. here in Virginia. The problem is tabulating machines especially in Dem jurisdictions where they can play around with configuration, feed ballots multiple times, purposely alter Trump ballots so they can't be read, etc. In theory we can catch those shenanigans with a hand recount plus ballots inspection. In reality they will never allow a non-fraudulent. recount.

(Yeah, my son and I rewatched the Lord of the Rings trilogy—extended cuts—over the holiday, and finished with Roll Tide, Roll, yesterday. That’s my TV viewing for awhile now!)
I’m not so sure. It’s at least possible that some judges who have already been assigned areas where there is massive election fraud may agree or suggest that the entire court decides this issue.
I don’t see it being over as far as the Supreme Court goes especially with Sidney Powell and her remarkable record before the court requests the case be heard. She could be hard to turn down I guess we shall see.

Describing the new circuit assignments as a “reshuffling,” Wiles noted the changes:
— Justice Samuel Alito will oversee the 3rd Circuit, which includes Pennsylvania
— Justice Clarence Thomas will oversee the 11th Circuit, which includes Georgia
— Justice Brett Kavanaugh was assigned the Sixth Circuit, which includes Michigan
— Justice Amy Coney Barrett is overseeing the Seventh Circuit, which includes Wisconsin
The Trump campaign has launched federal lawsuits or other legal challenges in each of these states, though several cases in lower courts have already been tossed out.
“Do you see a pattern?” Wiles said. “The contested states are now supervised by conservative justices on the Supreme Court. This is not a coincidence.”
“Two are Trump appointees,” co-host Matthew Skow added.
Wiles speculated that Trump campaign attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell would “go before Supreme Court justices and demand a hearing before the Supreme Court” on cases they are pushing on the president’s behalf.
He also suggested that the justices could issue stays to individual secretaries of state blocking them from certifying election results.
As for the Trump campaign, there are constitutional arguments to be made, according to lawyers and legal experts.

Does anyone know how important the head of the supreme court is, Justice Roberts, in deciding whether or not the case will be heard by the entire court? Who decides what case will be heard.?

DjT is likely to executive order the 203 provision for Big Tech which will eliminate some of the 'censorship'. IMHO, that's key since internet/alternative media is the most obvious challenge to the MSM. OANN nor Newsmax can supplant FOX in the near future, imho.

I have not tuned in to one Fox News News show since Election Day, November 3rd, 2020!!! I did watch Sunday Morning Futures this morning because POTUS, Donald J. Trump was Maria’s guest, almost of the entire hour!!!
I also look forward to Support Rallies for Trump and his massive gig next week in Georgia (Saturday, December 5th, 2020)!!!
I’ve always understood it to be a democratic vote to decide which cases are heard. Majority wins ? Not sure, though.

Time is running out. This is an uphill struggle. Trump and Rudy are not the most articulate spokesmen for the fraud that has occurred. Sidney Powell and Lin Woods lawsuits appear to be the last best hope. They involve the numbers needed to overturn the elections in the swing states.
A big bright klieg light NEEDS to be directed onto all the ways elections and vote tallies are corrupted. People need to understand why we have election laws, and those laws must be followed.
Anything else means We The People are not in charge and “somebody” is putting puppets into positions of power.
1) Give President Trump the win he and his team earned
2) Exterminate all elements of election fraud and vote fraud
