San Francisco and San Mateo counties were downgraded into the "purple" tier of the state's reopening plan as of Saturday. Marin County is the only Bay Area county left in the "red" (substantial spread) tier.

by TalkRadio
Speaking with talkRADIO’s Mike Graham, the journalist said: “Unless we can show this thing was wrong from the start, we’re stuck with it until at least the spring, and quite possibly forever.”
It comes after health secretary Matt Hancock warned Covid measures will be needed through the winter despite the latest successful vaccine trials.

23 Nov: Daily Mail: Department of Health in climbdown after online swipe at The Mail’s analysis of Covid-19 facts and figures
•The Mail said Government predictions on potential fatalities were inaccurate
•Whitehall spin doctors used official Twitter account to try to rubbish the report
•The department failed to identify a single error in the figures and data we used
By David Churchill
The Health Department was forced into a humiliating climbdown yesterday after accusing the Mail of ‘misleading’ readers.
On Saturday we published a two-page analysis raising multiple questions about ministers’ handling of the pandemic and their use of data to justify draconian lockdown rules.
We pointed out that Government predictions on potential fatalities were wildly inaccurate and deaths are not far above average for this time of year.
Shortly after publication, Whitehall spin doctors used the Department of Health and Social Care’s official Twitter account to try to rubbish the report...

•Latest ONS estimate shows that in the week ending November 14, new infections were already levelling off
•GCHQ staff have been embedded in a Cabinet Office team in Downing Street to provide Boris Johnson with real-time updates of Covid-19

22 Nov: Russia Today: UK Health Dept pilloried after issuing vague objection to Daily Mail article challenging govt’s Covid-19 narrative
The Mail pointed out that the number of daily deaths being reported in the country is not unusually high for this time of year, adding that 95 percent of Covid-related deaths involved people with serious underlying conditions. The government’s fears of hospitals being overwhelmed by Covid-19 patients were also questioned, with the Mail reporting that only 31 percent of intensive care unit beds are currently occupied by patients that have tested positive for coronavirus.
The analysis caused a sensation on social media, and even caught the attention of the Department of Health and Social Care...

The homeless are exempt. I kid you not. They are free to wander at all hours. Defecate, use drugs, break into cars etc. No mask, no “social distancing”. Anything they do is just a quality of life incident. The DA will not prosecute.
They have a high incidence of CV19 70% plus yet no dead bodies. No one has ever answered my question why the homeless were not decimated.
I was over at the Marin Headlands and Rodeo Beach yesterday with my daughter and her boyfriend doing some hiking. The beach had a lot of spaced-out people (as in “socially distanced,” not the normal Marin Spaced Out). I sat on a bench with a gentleman about six fee away and I wasn’t wearing a mask. There was a pleasant breeze off the ocean so about zero chance of catching it. The gentleman said he had more people coming to join him and I said “Fine, we are going hiking as soon as my daughter comes from the restroom.”
His wife showed up and she was the ultimate Nagging Nellie. She was standing about six feet from me complaining I was too close to her husband on the bench. Up to that point he and I were fine.
I decided to pull her chain and said “You don’t believe that six foot bullshit, do you?” Wow, that set off a July 4 Scale Fireworks eruption! She went on about 200,000 dying and I asked her if she had seen the latest Johns Hopkins report on total deaths in the United States. She, of course, had not seen it and didn’t want to be bothered with science. She just kept going and going and going, screaming “Where are you from? Why don’t you go back there?” I was wearing my Coeur d’Alene, Idaho hat which probably really triggered her. What a LUNATIC!
Her husband got up and grabbed her elbow and steered her away out of my sight.
I was probably the one out of a thousand without the diaper.

Appalling. This is what a police state looks like. His crime? Exercising his right to peacefully protest.

Sure is interesting how the naggers are the ones who are out and about, despite local gov't telling people they should stay home!
Let people take their own risks, and not have others nag them! If the naggers don't like it, then they should stay home. The rest of us can then enjoy the outdoors.

I think red is he highest tier in their insane color coded system.
Below that is purple, then magenta, fuchsia, maroon, blueberry, indigo, boysenberry, and teal.
