The Pennsylvania Court of Supreme Whim said in its ruling that although the mail in ballot law says otherwise , they , in their infinite wisdom, shall ignore the law because of the China Virus.

Interestingly, at least one of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justices (Justice Wecht) argues in a concurring opinion that it would be illegal under federal law for the PA legislature to challenge the election and pick electors at this point, although strictly speaking that question was not before the Court in this case - but it does seem like a shot across the bow.

The PA Supreme Court kinda reminds me of the Florida Supreme Court that was so obviously partisan. They kept touting their unconstitutional partisan ship until the US Supreme Ct knocked it down, sent it back and low and behold the FL Court rewrote their decisions to be in agreement with the US Supremes. What did we think the St Court would do. It would be like asking a bank thief is breaking into the bank was wrong!
