Didn’t this same issue come up before the election.

Court is indicating that they waited too long to file..but seems like they tried to do something about it before the election

That is based on the statute providing for a month i think to appeal to court for constitutionality. except a statue doesn’t get to determine that timeline. If they didn’t rule on standing then i think that is good. as they waited until they suffered harm by not getting re-elected.

Based on that asinine ruling several momentous rulings by the US Supreme Court ought not to have been done because they took action DECADES after the (soon to be delcared) unconstitutional laws were passed.
