The propaganda media are trying to discourage Trump-supporters by reporting on court losses for the legal team and emphasizing what they characterize as disorganization among the hastily assembled teams of lawyers. Don't fall for the psy-ops!
The mainstream media had a field day yesterday, citing a scathing decision written by a Trump-appointed judge on a three-judge panel of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, rejecting an attempt to get hinky Pennsylvania ballots thrown out because of fraud. Read Politico's account for a sample of schadenfreude:
"Voters, not lawyers, choose the President. Ballots, not briefs, decide elections," Judge Stephanos Bibas — an appointee of President Donald Trump — wrote for the three-judge 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals panel composed entirely of GOP appointees. Bibas' opinion, delivered just after noon Friday, rejected the campaign's appeal of a district court ruling that similarly shredded the suit.
But in an entirely different case brought in Pennsylvania state courts, the Trump team's victory was important. William A. Jacobson, clinical professor of law at Cornell University and proprietor of Legal Insurrection, explains:
A Pennsylvania state court Judge has issued a preliminary injunction preventing Pennsylvania from taking any further steps to perfect its certification of the election, including but not limited to appointment of electors and transmission of necessary paperwork to the Electoral College, pending further court hearings and rulings. The ruling upholds an injunction from earlier in the week, and is significant because of the findings made in the Opinion released tonight. (snip)
The Judge found, among other things, that the plaintiffs were likely to prevail on their PA constitutional claims, and that the matter was not moot even though PA had "certified" the results, because there were more steps to be taken (snip)

Given how the PA Supreme Court has ruled previously on election matters, expanding procedures beyond what even the legislature adopted, I don’t see how this survives the PA Supreme Court. From there, the next stop is the U.S. Supreme Court where we know John Roberts and the three liberal Justice will defer to the state supreme court. But the Court is now 6-3, so a Roberts defection would not result in a 4-4 deadlock again if the 5 conservative Justices voted together.

...........I think it all depends on what “it” is. Here’s my four points:
1. The Constitution dictates the process to be followed in the case of a disputed Presidential Election and that is that “the Legislatures” have all the Power over their “Electors” NOT the Supreme Court.
2. I doubt ANY of the Supreme Court justices want to decide this presidential election ergo they will be ecstatic and joyful to punt to the Legislatures and Congress.
3. It’s possible a “peripheral” issue makes it to the Supreme Court.
4. Biden, seeing no way to disprove the fraudulent activities of his Democratic Criminal buddies, and realizing he has a losing hand in the courtrooms, will trade concession for a pardon rather than the potential of being locked up the rest of his life or hounded to death.
5. Biden will settle and concede.
imho as part of a plea agreement and pardon, biden needs to make a full public and voluntary confession, naming his co-conspirators and turning evidence against them all. otherwise he remains a future threat to trump as in a violent coup.
In response, the Pennsylvania Governor Wolf's administration asked that state's Supreme Court to block that ruling from taking effect, saying there was no "conceivable justification" for it.
In its motion, Wolf's administration stated to the Court: "Since the birth of our nation nearly 250 years ago, no court has ever issued an order purporting to interfere with a state's ascertainment of its presidential electors — until today."
I'm no lawyer but my response to Wolf is: "Since the birth of our nation nearly 250 years ago, no political party has ever perpetrated such a massive, nationwide election fraud — until this 2020 election year."

Judge Bibas ruled on fraud while the Trump brief argued equal protection. The MSM is too dumb and corrupt to notice this.
So I’m just wondering if Judge Bibas is also that dumb or corrupt, or is he a player, knowing that this is the best way to move the case upstream.
Then there are idiots around here on FR, newbies included, who are slamming the Trump case for not proving fraud.
I’m wondering if they, too, are dumb, corrupt or players (likely all of the above), as there is no remedy for fraud (i.e., cancelling unidentifiable votes — although this could be done statistically based on percentages of votes across number of ballots in fraud centers) but there is a very specific remedy for violation of equal protection: throw out the entire election and to the legislatures.
