The resolution would have multiple parts including but not limited to...
Reclaiming the PA Legislature’s power under Article II of the US Constitution to seat electors.
Immediately seating and opening the next session of the PA Legislature on Dec. 1.
>>>And what happens if some other emergency came up in Pennsylvania in the next month? There is just no legislature?
Sounds impossible that they can’t meet. Even if it’s the new people.<<<
I was watching a PA lawmaker being interviewed by Simone Gao:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9QPgDlpT9o
He said they could swear in the new assembly in December if there was an emergency. And then also stated it was never done before.
Thanks. Well there’s a first time for everything.
And I would say a coup attempt would be up there as a good reason.
PA State Rep Martians (R) is one of the leaders saying on War Room they are working to finish it today, they have the votes, they are lame ducks Tuesday so they have between now and through end of Monday to get it done.
Liberal heads will explode if that happens. Biden will be down to 286 electoral votes per AP. And recounts with the chance to disqualify ballots is already underway in Wisconsin and also Georgia?
I don't understand why the ballots themselves don't require a signature. I know the ballots don't require a signature because the wife and I have been using mail-ins for a few election cycles and just dropping in the mail box. Because of the big push by Dems for mail-in ballots, we handed ours over to a legitimate voting location run by Veterans. Like Pres. Trump, we saw the massive fraud coming. The wife checked hers and mine ballots with the California SOS to verify they were counted - they were. Next election cycle, we're going to the local poll.
Mastriano is just a senator, right? He isn’t in a leadership position or anything like that? So he cannot on his own force a vote on his resolution or call the legislature into session early or basically do anything but submit it and let it work through the process?
Do we know if PA still has a majority Republican legislature on Dec.1?
I firmly believe the USSC is going to kick any lawsuits back to the State legislatures. Out of the 5 swing states, I've read that 4 are controlled by Repub legislatures. Just 3 certain States could give Pres. Trump the win.
That link has three or four short video clips as well
State Senator Doug Mastriano (R-33)
I know. Not in leadership. Not in a position to call the legislature back into session. Just a back-bencher.
God bless Doug.
God bless them. Pray for them. Heard they are being threatened.
p
We will not win this guys. Giuliani screwed up badly he didn’t over turn the case was key to his case about blocking poll workers
First Domino, we hope!
Pennsylvania Ping!
Please ping me with articles of interest.
FReepmail me to be added to the list.
Yes. According to the gentleman from the PA Senate.
No, he likely means the number of EC votes Trump gains from this.
