If they cannot find anything there, they will just make something up, phony up some evidence (see Michael Flynn and Russia-gate), and make sure it’s tried in Washington DC, where juries will convict any Republican of pretty much anything.

What you’re doing is exactly what the deep state does. When they lose, they claim their opponent lost. When they commit a crime they accuse us of doing it.
