He might surprise us here. Because putting Biden & his gang in could mean packing the court. The “leftists” that control Biden are dead serious about doing that. If that would happen the USSC’s clout, position & prestige would greatly diminish. It would diminish the whole federal court system. USSC would be just the last rubber stamp to a run away legislature. They all know that ! I guarantee Roberts knows that. I can’t see Roberts doing something that would diminish the court’s prestige and his own.
