There will be thresholds in there for locking down. Probably a low case level. No dining in in restaurants, gyms, or in person attendance at schools regardless of level until heard immunity is achieved. No non-essential air travel either.
The Bonner County Sheriff here in north Idaho has stated that he will not enforce any mask mandates. County commissioner is proposing to defund the Health District.

Both of these senators should be impeached for abuse of their office. The Constitution is clear: Federal powers are specified (no masks mentioned). The document notes that all other matters are the responsibility of the states and the people.
This is just a backdoor bailout of blue states, with masks as a pretext. This has NOTHING to do with masks or COVID. The mask mandate is just a distraction, for the real headline which is the financial “grants”, aka blue state bailout.

Children under the age of TWO? How out of touch and unscientific. I’m around younguns every day. No masks. No spread of covid. No spread of anything. A few had allergy issues since August. No covid. Lice. No Covid.
I do know some adults who have had it. They didn’t get it from children, and no children got it from them.
