I think Newsmax is simply making a technical call based on state certifications.
I watch Newsmax daily, and they are in no way in Biden’s camp. They are pro Trump and know the election was stolen by Biden. In other words, since Biden stole the MI, NV & PA races, he is the technical winner of their elector votes. But not the legal winner, which will be determined in the various actions that are on going.
It’s not over until inauguration day.
It is over once certification takes place the courts will not get involved
The Sidney Powell turns out to actually have something earth-shattering. Then Newsmax realized that it had its “Dewey Beats Truman” moment . . .
Once certification is involved the supreme court can get involved.
Be it Beck, Tucker, Rush, Newsmax. Not judging these people, for who knows what they have to deal with to keep themselves relevant.
But be it known they serve two masters.
Why have elections? Just let the polls decide.
