OMG! A California COVID death. Shut down the state.
I know it's sad but he was freaking 94 years old.
Why not a clazz action suit against Red China?
Add Governor Newsom to the lawsuit as well, since his ineffective policies and shutdowns have exacerbated the problem significantly and enabled this bug to reach more vulnerable people.
sheesh...my 94 yr old MIL died Oct 14th (she was in assisted living )...ostensibly of covid...we do not Blame anyone. She was old with some other issues.
All the filthy shyster democrat ambulance chasing lawyers coming out of the woodwork.
94...My God, he could have lived to...to....95

So many older folks have been warehoused by kids who no longer give as second thought to them and just let them languish, never visiting or showing any interest in them, until it’s time to cash in on some lawsuit for *negligence*.
I’ve seen it happen too often. Knew of a case where a mother in the inner city beat her infant into a coma, and was the hospital’s worst nightmare when it came to the least little thing that she could find that she thought they did wrong.
She watched that kid like a hawk for anything she could sue over.
The place sounds like it should have been shut down long ago, but for crying out loud, don’t people check these things before admitting a loved one?
It's unlikely that he contracted it while attending a peaceful protest. He almost certainly must have caught it from a staff member, someone who was paid to care for him.
My mother tested positive. She is 92 and was doing reasonably well for her age before that. If some of you out there want to diminish her value due to her age, by all means do so. I want to recognize you for the callous assholes that you are.
