That is indeed an issue at the Joint Session; far better it be resolved at the state legislature level. Of course, if the USSC finds compelling evidence of election fraud early on many dems may find the courage to do the proper thing.

We wrote a considered and reasoned letter to the leader of the WI State Senate: Testin, requesting the legislature request a forensic audit.
He wrote back and in all seriousness informed us that, unfortunately, the ultimate power resides with the Governor.
Having ascertained his allegiances, we did not pursue the matter with him.
We cannot make any assumptions.
