Georgia will begin a second recount on Tuesday after President Donald Trump’s campaign requested another recount over the weekend.
“Today, the Trump campaign filed a petition for recount in Georgia.” The Trump campaign said in a statement on Saturday. “We are focused on ensuring that every aspect of Georgia State Law and the U.S. Constitution are followed so that every legal vote is counted.”
“President Trump and his campaign continue to insist on an honest recount in Georgia, which has to include signature matching and other vital safeguards.” The statement continued. “Without signature matching, this recount would be a sham and again allow for illegal votes to be counted. If there is no signature matching, this would be as phony as the initial vote count and recount. Let’s stop giving the People false results. There must be a time when we stop counting illegal ballots. Hopefully it is coming soon.”
The first recount unveiled two errors in the initial voting count, which added an additional 1,000 votes to President Trump’s count. Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is still ahead in the state by over 12,000 votes. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said in an interview on Fox News that he believed a second recount would not change the election results.
“When we did the first audit, we found mistakes in three counties and that added over 1,000 votes for President Trump …” Raffensperger said. “That has all been accounted for, and so I think this one will be very close to what we just have now. I don’t see much difference whatsoever.”
So, will there be an AUDIT first and all illegally cast ballot thrown out?
Edit to add — if all they’re doing is including illegal ballots in the second recount, I don’t see what the point is.

Haffensburger is kidding himself if he thinks a proper audit was done on the 1st recount. He is dirty as hell. The Trump campaign needs to be in there to challenge every single bad vote.
Let’s hope there is sand in the vaseline this time.
Anything that raises doubts and gums up the process is good at this point.
I was supposed to work today, but had a family member fall ill yesterday and could not work my shit as planned. Thankfully she is out of the woods and will be okay.
I will be working tomorrow. I hear the plan is to have everything done by tomorrow. This just another needless exercise of futility.
There will not be much variance since there is no signature verification.

He has eye witnesses to what happened in Fulton Co, and filed a subpoena for the video from the arena
Ask Wisconsin how this worked out. Once they had actual Republican observers look at the votes they filled 8 tables with disputed ballots with signatures that didn’t match or other violations that should have rejected the ballot.
Unless it’s a true audit, it’s just a waste of time.

And yeah, a recount of the same phony ballots won’t make a lot of difference...how bout unhooking your tab machines from the internet while you’re at it, so the Agency guy in Frankfurt can’t burrow in and invert the scale factors?
People do not seem to recall that when Gore tried to steal the election from GW... Much of the media called Gore the presumptive winner the entire time and GW lost every legal challenge until it finally made it to the Supreme Court where GW won.
Of course we don’t believe him, nor do we believe Sydney Powell, they’re on our side why should we believe them? (Sarcasm for the surrender brigade that seem to believe anything stated by never Trumpers but who believe nothing from people on our side).
I think what he has is a regular monitoring security video of the polling place that was shut down for a supposed plumbing leak. Or he thinks there were security cameras there, and wants to see the video.
Why would the Secretary of State make any statement other than we are determined to get an accurate count ? It’s ridiculous. He is a partisan anti Trumper.
