What the legislatures should do is say that the dems cheated and Biden is disqualified. Trump’s slate of electors shall go forward.

That is a sure sign that the US has become like a Latin American banana republic.

(I'm old enough to remember when you actually had to be able to do something to be hired to do it.)

If they get the Senate due to election fraud, then we are done for many years to come.

Is this author a lawyer? Supreme Court clerk? What is his background to write this article? Is Alan Dershowitz the decisor of the case?
Are these serious questions? Dershowitz is well known as a liberal lawyer, deep into Constitution/civil rights stuff. One of the few liberal talking heads that is reasonable and doesn't tend to go extreme-Dem / unable to converse with crap. He's definitely been mentioned many a time before on FR, so how have you never heard of him?

Have you ever heard of sarcasm?
Or do you want it in pictures?
If you actually read the entire post you will see the reversal after the sarcastic remarks.
At first I thought is was sarcasm, but you asked if he was a lawyer and what his background is to comment on this. He is a lawyer, and his background is pretty well steeped in Constitutional law, so how are those questions sarcastic when the answers were positive?
As for the rest of your post, you talked about Turley and Star Wars, and a lack of SC experience for writers, yet Dershowitz knows the SC, he even used to be a clerk for one of the Justices. So no, the rest of your post really doesn't support the first section being sarcastic.
