One can only hope the GOP senators have memories and spines when Kerry’s confirmation hearings take place. He needs to be put down, down hard, for his behind the back antics of the recent past.
If they were worth anything, those GOP senators would give Kerry the John Tower treatment. Instead, they'll be falling over themselves backslapping him as their esteemed former colleague.
