Commie Tommy really has it in for bar owners.

Only his psychiatrist knows why.

Most small businesses, bar and restaurant owners I would wager are Republicans. Wolf and his unethical (took care of his mother not yours) little wigged sidekick knows that. They also know that big business has become a leftist corporatist stronghold which is why Home Depot and Lowes gets big preference over your local hardware stores.

I know one business owner in central PA who circumvented the lockdown orders last spring and never closed for even so much as an hour even though his “non-essential” business was among those that was supposed to shut down.

His approach was simple. When I asked how he managed to do this, he said: “Nobody told me to close.”

I thought about it for a moment and then realized he probably had a pretty good lawyer who filled him in on the details of how the law works. A press conference where the pr!ck governor or the cross-dressing mutant health secretary “announce” a mandatory business closure doesn’t meet even the most basic requirements of a legal notice, and even if the formal order is published all over the internet there is no legal basis for enforcement. Without a formal notice handed to the business owner or posted at the place of business by an officer of the court with a certified affidavit of service, these stupid orders cannot be enforced in any court of law.

Any business owner who remains open despite a closure order simply has to tell anyone who tries to shut them down: “What 5:00 closing time? I don’t watch TV, and I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

Time to exercise some civil disobedience.

You wear the masks without revolt. You’ll accept the kickings.

Truth. A little reminder from the Russians of things to come:

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

I think the Dems have studied what industries contribute the most to Republicans, and are shutting them down.

Maybe liquor licence owners in PA will get wise in the near future and call for the total elimination of the LCB. While licence owners have a huge investment they now know how their licences can be held over their head. It is better to keep their businesses or keep their local monopolies?

Lots of Muslims in Pennsylvania. It’s just a backhanded way to restrict Alcohol sales.
