Yes! And it would be fulfilled in one of those expensive posh restaurants in Manhattan having dinner with a lot of his cronies that were all defying the orders for social distancing and masks. That would be the epitome of irony.

I was maybe 11 when they got Carmine Galante at Joe and Mary’s in Brooklyn.
I asked my pop...what happened to him.
And that was my introduction to part of the Italian American subculture.
They ARE Definitely still around, but much more quiet and with a lot of Sicilians shipped here.
