While many Democrats and their allies in the traditional media argue there is no evidence of systemic voting irregularities in the Nov. 3 election, a mountain of evidence has been amassed in private lawsuits alleging there was, in fact, significant and widespread voting misconduct.

The question for the courts is whether the irregularities were widespread enough to impact the outcome or erase Joe Biden's lead in at least three of the six battleground states where results are being contested.

And while both President Trump's campaign and private entities like the Amistad Project are planning to file more lawsuits on Monday, Just the News reviewed the scores of filings and affidavits and declarations in the court cases.

This is the scientific statistical and multiple witness evidence of fraud that the Trump team has and 100,000 ballots worth is a huge number. The vote can’t be certified with this evidence of illegal and anomolous ballot activity. This is the type of evidence that points to massive fraud even without inclusion of Dominion voting systems.
AND, witnesses who’ve come forward are being threatened. Their families are being threatened. I would say that the Biden team has a HUGE PROBLEM.

. . . but state legislators are notoriously controversy-averse.

Consequently the best that could be expected from them is that they submit Electors who will vote for Joe Blow for president and Jane Blow for VP.

Thereby punting to the House of Representatives.

The corrupt courts will just throw them all out.

Since they are merely hundreds of individual cases, of varying types of fraud, no one instance meets the threshold of by itself making the difference in the result.

Exactly - absent a huge scandal to make it possible for a legislature to do so.

You know, like if Hunter Biden proved to be the bagman for a Joe Biden international pay-to-play scheme . . .

</sarcasm>
