Nope he won. Doing it again suggests Biden gets a 2nd chance that he’s not entitled to.
The election results should be what the vote count was as of midnight on election day. No do overs.
The pool of votes from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh cannot be guaranteed to be 100% without error and thus all vote from both cities should be disqualified and then the votes in the rest of Pennsylvania recounted.
....new election....
That’s the part where the Rush guest host or the other talk show host starts laughing and says “I’m sorry but that will nesver, ever happen.”
But something terribly wrong happens when 80 million people know the Dems wink and poke each other in the ribs and laugh at us for pointing out that the election WAS RIGGED.
And know Comey,McCabe,Hillary,Hunter,Joe and many more are getting away with outright crimes. With no consequences.
By the way, do any of us believe the Dems will be nice on the playground now when their new Attorney General comes in? (God Forbid Biden is inaugurated).
Or will they try to force Trump into a prison uniform via the Southern District of New York? And dozens more who will be railroaded Like Gen. Flynn? Plus those who spoke against BLM or Antifa ——will they escape outright Cancel Culture destruction to their careers and freedom?
Pennsylvania Ping!
Please ping me with articles of interest.
FReepmail me to be added to the list.
Nevertheless, tomorrow Pennsylvania will certify the election for Biden and the issue will be settled as a legal matter.
the SCOTUS had a chance to keep this from happening before the election, and they (pre-coney, but post-roberts loss of his balls) passed.
that was the huge mistake. it’s almost impossible to undo this, once it has been done. and an electoral mulligan simply isn’t going to happen — and even if it did, you don’t have to look any further than the GA runoff to get even a slight idea of how bad that would get.
PA is just about the worst imaginable scenario right now.
The legislature should simply acknowledge the irregularities that took place in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and simply appoint their own (Republican) electors because that is what the majority outside these two areas voted for.
In Allegheny County they removed my name, my wife’s, and my son from the voters role. We went to vote in person, but fortunately had our mail in ballots. So they wrote our names into the roll book and we voted regularly. We vote in every election so why we were not on the roll except we are Republicans.
Is this person serious? That may work at the State level but not on the Federal level.
The election date is specified. Nothing about a new election in case of controversy is mentioned in the Constitution.
There is no do-over. The election would be invalidated, and then the state legislature would choose the electors.
That’s a whole lot of words for something that’s never ever going to happen
