Actually, it has not been posted at FR before.
This was published a couple days ago in the medical journal “Aging.”
The journal “Aging” definitely has critics.
However, Tel Aviv University is one of the most respected research institutions in the world.
Consequently, I think their paper deserves to be taken seriously until proved otherwise.
Also, I am a life long runner, so I tend to look skeptically at “no effort” solutions to human aging.
However, this paper appears to be highly focused and rigorous, so I think it is worth reading.
