To further accelerate your indigestion, I’ll report that I read a speculation that Dr. “Rachel” Levine was a candidate for a high-ranking medically related position in the Biden (perish the thought) administration.

Dr. Levine is clearly campaigning/angling for such consideration (theoretical, of course, because Biden will never be POTUS) by, in this past week, becoming the first state level health officer to order people to wear masks IN THEIR OWN HOMES if someone shows up who isn't a member of their household; demanding that sports athletes wear masks while engaged in competition; and replacing eight months of the "Coronovirus" Death Star graphic on the PA department of health with a collage of masks that I call the slave gallery.

You already had lax enforcement in a number of rural areas of Pennsylvania going as far back as the summer. Huntingdon had masks as just a recommendation and people were hanging out in hotels and the Greenwood Furnace state park as far back as July. Even the cashiers at the gas stations in the town weren’t wearing the masks, just the plastic barrier with the hole to hand the credit card or cash through.
