My wife and I are 80 years old we have never owned a fire arm in all of our lives and have no intention to own any now. Last evening we were invited over to one of our kids house for dinner with some of our grown grand children. There are a total of 30 folks in our immediate family, not including my wife & I. My son-in-law informed my wife and I that all thirty of them, guys & gals have purchased weapons (Pistol Guns) and have attended training courses on how to use them safely while protecting themselves from attack!!! Reason, the local & federal government might no longer be protecting any Americans at all!!!
My wife & I also believe, and we are deathly afraid, that if Joe Biden becomes POTUS.....Civil war is just around the corner!!! SAD days for the American people and beloved nation republic are about to fall on the actions of ignorant fools!!! Some of us Americans see this deadly, conflict coming, some Americans are dumb & blind to reality!!! Once again...SAD lawless days coming to the & for the USA!! the statue of Liberty is openly crying!!!

I recommend AR-15s and AK-47 derivatives, as you can still get 5.56 and 7.62X39 ammo fairly cheaply.
I have a Ruger Mini-14 and Mini-30 for those reasons. AND... for the purists out there, I can still get five inch groups at 200 yards. Plus, I think they’re pretty like an M-1 Garand.

But....sadly nations are different...so, we see the common sense in our family members becoming armed to protect themselves. I caution those politicos of all political types & stripes, that would try to diminish or destroy these United States of America removing freedom, liberty, opportunity, equality from our current menu of rights. T caution them, not with threats, but with the history of those that have tried to defeat the USA with arms, the great, American experiment and dreams, such as, England, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Radical Muslims, the American South, and many others. All of them have failed, at the end of the day. And our nation Republic remains strong & still standing!!!
Why....simple, Americans cherish their Freedom, their Liberty, their Equality, their Opportunities, their Right to carry and bear Arms, their Right to worship their chosen God or religion and the Rights to be individuals that can & will pursue and live their own lives, free of an Orwellian Big Brother Government which this current Democrat Party treasures so dearly, with its evil taste of power over the common man & woman!!
