They need to pick up some long arms as well.

I recommend AR-15s and AK-47 derivatives, as you can still get 5.56 and 7.62X39 ammo fairly cheaply.

I have a Ruger Mini-14 and Mini-30 for those reasons. AND... for the purists out there, I can still get five inch groups at 200 yards. Plus, I think they’re pretty like an M-1 Garand.

The U.S. is at a point in time similar to where Prague was in the 1940s.

Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich was a high-ranking German SS and police official during the Nazi era and a main architect of the Holocaust. He was chief of the Reich Main Security Office. He was also Stellvertretender Reichsprotektor of Bohemia and Moravia.

This psychopath was assassinated by two freedom fighters who were eventually killed by the SS in the basement of a church. The group of freedom fighters (Wolverines?) could not escape Prague so they hid in a church, where they put up stiff resistance and killed a number of the SS, until they were drowned when the SS flooded the church's basement.

Having quality firearms and being competent in their use is important - willing to give up your life for what you believe - that is a step many will be too frightened to do.

And that is where socialism (National or International) has an upper hand - Antifa comes to mind as a current example.

Another example is the D.C. police who were not interested in dispersing the Antifa crowd after the Trump Rally in D.C. recently - the D.C. Police are today's SS storm troopers.

The Jews in Germany were not willing to fight, they went to the concentration camps instead - that is a very common and normal human trait

Time to start looking in the mirror
