A group of Michigan voters are suing President Donald Trump and the Trump presidential campaign, accusing them of "openly seeking to disenfranchise Black voters" through their legal challenges to the presidential election, according to Politico.
The lawsuit was filed on Friday in the US District Court for the District of Columbia, alleging that the Trump campaign seeks to suppress hundreds of thousands of votes.
Trump has inserted himself into Michigan's election certification process, calling on a GOP canvasser in Wayne County and inviting top GOP officials to the White House on Friday to discuss the election.

In a fraudulent election, every voter is disenfranchised, even the ones that voted for the guy benefiting from the fraud. The fraudsters don’t care about the legitimate votes and seek to override the will of the voters for their own ends. They are taking away everybody’s choice, not just the votes for the other guy.

It is interesting that it looks like the election is going to hang on the outcome of voting in black-dominated urban districts in GA, MI, WI, and PA. And we’re expected to believe that they voted in numbers that dwarf when Obama ran. They do seem to love them some Ole Joe.

Lack of standing yes, but the the legal actions are privileged in any event under the redress of grievances clause of the First Amendment. Not actionable. Fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted
