It’s “ballots”, and I don’t think I will be eating crow.
You saw a random video that actually proves nothing.
What you think, and what a court decides, are quite different.
I hope I’m wrong and you call me on it later.
Certified the hand recount which counted all the illegal ballots with the rest. Not the election. the recount.
within 0.5% GA law requires an Audit if requested (and Trump has) of all ballots and verification of the “mail ins” and true absentees which have to have signatures on the envelopes.
Cobb county was caught yesterday shredding the absentee envelopes and possibly thousands of evidentiary ballots. these are the crooked democrat machine people. US Atty is involved in this...federal crime over and above the state law.
Kemp is one stupid a@@— just dawning on him that he is in the crosshairs. Pence was in ATL yesterday.
They still have them? They survived the shredding trucks? Hah!
Didn’t garbage cans full of computer generated ballots come in on election night sans envelopes?
YES! My thoughts exactly!
Big deal. Too late to make any difference.
I hope 11th Circuit can use this to help justify Lin Wood's suit and proposed remedy. In which case they would have just shredded information of a non-election.
5 bucks says those envelopes are already shredded.

There is the potential for lots of chicanery regarding the new mail-in ballot envelope in Gwinnett vs the old mail-in ballot envelope.
“”” I encourage Secretary Raffensperger to consider addressing these concerns. It seems simple enough to conduct a sample audit of signatures on the absentee ballot envelopes and compare those to the signatures on applications and on file at the Secretary of State’s Office.””””
Georgia also needs to do a sample audit of the absentee/mail-in voter’s address on the application to receive a mail-in ballot and the voters address on the absentee ballot envelope.
Does the person actually live at the address noted on the absentee ballot envelope?
Has the person moved to another county or state?
Dum-bass governor is just throwing out a bone. The same person who applied for the fraudulent ballot is likely the same person who signed the mailed in ballot. Signatures need to be compared to previous signatures for that person, which should have been done when the ballot was requested, but can’t be audited now.
Kemp is so stupid he is now proposing to audit the GA election using the process he illegally agreed to with Stacey Abrams. The GA election law requires matching the signature on the ballot to the signature on record in the state registrar’s office. The only way that can be changed is if the GA legislature votes on it. They have not.
“””5 bucks says those envelopes are already shredded.”””
I believe Georgia law requires the mail-in ballot envelopes be kept for two years.
If Georgia has in fact shredded the 2020 mail-in ballot envelopes, there are many election officials in very deep trouble for destroying evidence.
He has already certified the election. This is just misdirection to make Georgia voters think he is doing something. I expect it will drag out until the final certification of all states.
Yes. He is an idiot. Albeit a craven one.
My husband is convinced that Kemp is dumber than a box of rocks. I am inclined to agree.
“Abrams ain’t going for Gov. Now that the fraud is institutionalized, she’s going for Senate.”
I’ve posted this exact same prediction in several threads. The Governor in Georgia has very little executive power, and must work with the legislature to effect change. As Governor, Abrams would face a solidly Republican legislature and could not get any of her agenda passed. That doesn’t suit Abrams’ temperament. As a Senator with independent fund-raising clout, Abrams wouldn’t have to answer to anyone except the voters every six years.
He wants to implement changes for the Senate races and his uh re-election.
When cell keys rattle people talk.
I do recall vaguely something about the envelopes but I’m sure I thought “there isn’t anything better to do” than change the size/shape of mailing envelopes? Guess not when it comes to bureaucrats - anything old thing to make it appear they are working for that paycheck!
