Sidney Powell Claims That Dominion Is 'Shredding Documents'

Sidney Powell joined Larry O'Connor for an exclusive interview about her legal case on behalf of the Trump campaign in the 2020 presidential election.

...

O'Connor pushed her about her claims that computer software used in the election, particularly Dominion Voting Systems, has been tainted, and he wondered how she would prove it. For starters, Powell said that her legal team has pictures of votes being manipulated in real-time.

"It is terrifying, and it is a huge national security issue," Powell said. "Why the Department of Justice and FBI have not done something, Dominion is closing its offices and moving. No doubt they're shredding documents. God only knows what else. More than 100 Dominion people have wiped any connection with Dominion off the internet."

She also claims that they have testimony from witnesses opening military ballots and trashing them if they were for Trump, and substitute ballots were put in for Biden.

Getting late and getting tiresome. We need to see how the courts react to what is presented. Next week is crucial.

“Lin Wood tweeted earlier today how some Shredding company vehicles were spotted in Georgia with bags and boxes of ballots, etc., waiting to be picked up on the street.”

He read a tweet to that effect...

Snopes tries to provide cover for “Eric Coomer”...fails. hilarious stuff:

20 Nov: Snopes: Did a Dominion Voting Systems Employee Brag About Rigging the Election Against Trump?
Right-wing activists and commentators, including President Trump’s sons and lawyers, targeted an elections technology employee in November 2020.
by DAN MACGUILL
Claim: Eric Coomer, who has served as director of product strategy and security for Dominion Voting Systems, bragged about rigging the 2020 election against Donald Trump in an antifa conference call.

Rating: Unproven

Snopes found an “Eric Coomer” Facebook account whose profile picture matched the one Oltmann identified as being owned by the same Eric Coomer who has worked for Dominion, and from which he posted several screenshots. We have not yet been able to independently confirm that that Facebook profile belongs to Dominion’s director of product strategy and security, and the profile does not feature the posts attributed to it by Oltmann. (Oltmann claims Coomer deleted those posts after Oltmann shared them, but we have not yet been able to verify this, either).

Nonetheless, we contacted the person behind the Facebook account and invited them to clarify whether they are indeed the same Eric Coomer who worked at Dominion, and to respond to Oltmann’s allegations. We did not receive a reply.

For its part, Dominion told Snopes “Where members of our company have been subject to threats and harassment, we have reported these issues to law enforcement. We have also worked to report threats and disinformation being spread online. However, we will not discuss any current or former employees given privacy and safety concerns.”...

Twitter permanently suspended Oltmann’s account (according to Oltmann, on Nov. 12), a move that itself gave rise to further claims of political bias, with Oltmann telling Malkin “Twitter is antifa.” A spokesperson for Twitter told Snopes Oltmann’s account was banned for “violating the Twitter Rules, specifically our Civic Integrity Policy.”

That policy states that “We prohibit attempts to use our services to manipulate or disrupt civic processes, including through the distribution of false or misleading information about the procedures or circumstances around participation in a civic process.” According to Twitter, permanent suspensions are reserved for “severe or repeated violations” of the civic integrity policy.

We don’t know whether Oltmann’s allegations against Coomer are accurate or not.
However, the evidence Oltmann has so far made available does not demonstrate the accuracy of his claims. If further substantive evidence becomes available, we will update this fact check accordingly...

It’s also not clear whether Coomer’s alleged remarks, if they did take place, were made in earnest, and therefore whether they should be interpreted as proof of election meddling...
Furthermore, even if Coomer made the comment in earnest, he might have been lying, either to impress others on the call, to exaggerate his power and influence, or for some other reason...

Since we haven’t yet been able to verify the authenticity of the screenshots, or confirm that they were actually posted by Eric Coomer from Dominion, we’re not linking to them in this article. They included a post that contained a purported statement by “Antifa,” but no clear sign that the poster endorsed the statement; a vehemently anti-Trump post from July 2016; a post dismissive of Trump supporters in Texas; posts of YouTube videos for songs whose titles or lyrics expressed antipathy towards police; and a post that strongly criticized a controversial “election integrity” commission set up by Trump to investigate his own unfounded claims of widespread electoral fraud in the 2016 elections...

To reiterate, we don’t know whether Eric Coomer from Dominion created the posts shown in the screenshots Oltmann published. However, even if he did, they would not constitute proof of any impropriety on his part, and certainly would not point towards any election interference on his part. They do indicate that whoever created them is strongly critical of Trump and some of his followers. It might be inadvisable for an employee of an election technology company to articulate those views on social media, but the posts are not, in and of themselves, proof of improper actions.

I hope she’s got a team of people working on things because she seems to spend most of her time doing pressers, interviews and tweeting.

Much like Rudy with the Hunter thing.

Guess we’ll see come mid December or January.

Now, it would be pretty easy to determine, by anyone in the area really, if they are “closing” and “moving” offices.

Shredding documents, is another matter all together.

It was pretty easy to suspect and investigate criminal activity from Hunter’s laptop. We know what happened there. No solid evidence the Deep State is doing anything different with the stolen election than they have done the past 4 years.

one note re Oltmann. at 27m33s, Capture 37, Eric Coomer communication, Sept 14, 2017 ***PAHRUMP, NV - which is where Dominion’s Larry Korb was also earlier in 2017:

3 May 2017: ***Pahrump Valley Times: Nevada looks at replacing aging voting machines
PIC: ***LARRY KORB with Dominion Voting shows new voting machine and tabulation technology Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the state Capitol in Carson City.
By Sandra Chereb Special to the Pahrump Valley Times
“We’re looking at doing it for 2018,” Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske said of a possible timeline to have new machines in place.

The secretary of state’s office invited two vendors certified in Nevada — Election Systems &Software and Dominion Voting — to show off their wares Wednesday in a daylong open house at the Capitol.

From a technical standpoint, Nevada’s current machines, some more than 10 years old, are ancient.
“We definitely need to look at getting the system replaced,” said Clark County Registrar Joe Gloria, who has been raising the issue for several years. “As they age, there are more concerning performance rates.”

***It’s not that the machines don’t work. But they need a lot of tinkering...

Earlier this year, the Clark County Commission approved a $7 million contract to purchase new machines and more electronic poll books...
Both ES&S and Dominion use touch-screen machines and scanners for tabulation...

Absentee ballots
Counting absentee ballots can slow down tabulation, especially when voters indicate their choices outside the circles or use a check mark instead of filling in the bubble.
It’s not uncommon for a voter to cross out one choice, make another and draw in an arrow saying “This one!”...

Scanners read that as an overvote, where someone voted for more candidates than allowed. The ES&S system will kick those ballots out into a separate bin. Poll workers then inspect the ballot to determine voter intent and create a duplicate ballot to count.

The Dominion system includes software that sends a digital copy of the questionable ballot to an adjudication team to examine.
The ease of handling mail-in ballots was a plus for Assemblywoman Maggie Carlton, D-Las Vegas.
“Having them scanned in so, if there’s any issues, they can be addressed and then processed — I thought was really good,” she said. “I’m glad to see they have a system to deal with the mail-in ballots, make it easy to make sure they are processed timely.”

Electronic poll books
Some counties already use electronic poll books, which allow election workers to check the signatures and precinct information for voters anywhere in the county.//
“You’ll be able to vote anywhere. You won’t have to go to your precinct polling place on Election Day,” Carlton said...

She’d like to see a new system in place for next year’s election.
“I think this is a very important thing to do at a midterm, because turnout at a midterm election is typically lower,” Carlton said. “There will be time to transition and get folks ready, and that way, if there’s a problem, we’ll be ready for the presidential year in 2020.”

Lawyers working in large firms have a building full of law clerks, legal stenographers, go-fers and whatever they need.

So essentially until they get in court the lawyer is deciding tactics, committing to memory names, dates, places, people, etc., and more like a general. He/she is working hard, but not slaving over a word processor for 8 or 10 hours.

Large law firms have lawyers who dig through case law, tax law, criminal law, whatever, but rarely try a case. Their roll is research and they must be right.

I don't have any idea how many people Sidney Powell has in her support group but you can bet she has enough.

No, I am not a lawyer but I have spent a lot of time with a very successful firm....you might say as a paying guest.

This is obviously a PR campaign to keep conservatives riled up...but to what end? If they have the evidence they don’t need us to be shouting in the streets and the interwebs.

Seems to be a replay of what the Dems did in 2016. Keep the MAGA base engaged and voting GOPe in the GA runoffs and 2022. Yeah, no thanks.

Wood made several personal tweets about this today. This was the first one I saw. He literally broke the news:

https://twitter.com/LLinWood/status/1329853929086193666

Listen I get it about being skeptical. I have been one of the harshest critics of the Q people on this board. But that is because they had NOTHING tangible, ever. But look at the link I just posted above, which proves Wood is on the ground, and engaged. Tangible things are happening every day.

This is a volatile and literally dangerous situation these people are engaged in. They aren’t some anonymous nobody’s, Wood is well known and putting his reputation on the line. I think a lot of people would appreciate it if you showed them a little more respect. Thanks.
