Sidney Powell Claims That Dominion Is 'Shredding Documents'
Sidney Powell joined Larry O'Connor for an exclusive interview about her legal case on behalf of the Trump campaign in the 2020 presidential election.

O'Connor pushed her about her claims that computer software used in the election, particularly Dominion Voting Systems, has been tainted, and he wondered how she would prove it. For starters, Powell said that her legal team has pictures of votes being manipulated in real-time.
"It is terrifying, and it is a huge national security issue," Powell said. "Why the Department of Justice and FBI have not done something, Dominion is closing its offices and moving. No doubt they're shredding documents. God only knows what else. More than 100 Dominion people have wiped any connection with Dominion off the internet."
She also claims that they have testimony from witnesses opening military ballots and trashing them if they were for Trump, and substitute ballots were put in for Biden.

I think the preponderance of evidence shows us something foul is afoot, but these wild allegations just make us look bad.
How does she have time for all of these interviews?? Isn’t there more important stuff to do?
I do think she has ample compelling evidence, but it’s all worthless unless we get to the courthouse(s) to show it. Maybe the bulk of the tough legal work is actually done - at least from her perspective, i.e. the strategy is set so it’s just a lot of grunt work for the lower-profile lawyers - and getting out the message far and wide is now the primary objective UNTIL the cases make it through the legal process.
I’m no expert, but doesn’t a “harm” have to be committed for standing? If the states in question have not certified, is there “harm” yet? There isn’t legally a violation to the Equal Protection Clause until that violation matures into meaningful damage requiring a legal remedy...maybe??
SHE HAS EVIDENCE. It's called "eye witness testimony", in the form of affidavits. People get sent to the death chamber for murder with such evidence.
I am sure the Biden campaign and the DNC will happily provide the selfies the took while breaking Federal election laws if we ask them nicely...
When this gets to the USSC, they will have to through out eveyrthing Dominion controlled.

She is hardly the first to report Dominion has shut down multiple offices today. They even skipped out on their hearing today in Pennsylvania! Guess you have been sleeping?

Well, I will say this, she has the cockroaches scattering, and they are watching.

The headline is a lie. She says this: “No doubt they’re shredding documents.”
Tweets including vids from a patriot showing the stuff in trash cans, showing the Shredding truck and following it, and showing the cops arriving on the site way to late.

There are. Besides the mathematical guys who have poured all over the data analysis there are others including a guy in Sweden(?) who watched real-time the Trump decrement and Biden increments of identical amounts plus the 3:32am spikes of over 100k Biden-only votes. One professor state-side said it’d be physically impossible in the span of 5-6 minutes to have that intake occur physically via ballot feeding.
True, and when you have it, then you don’t not have it.
Why wouldn’t they be shredding documents. They know their caught.
Still no first hand, direct evidence.
And no physical evidence.
What the hell does she expect to accomplish with that?
They may have first hand, direct evidence of a few hundred votes scattered through the states. They have adequate evidence of unlawfully conducted elections.
But they have nothing on electronic fraud other than an assertion it could have happened.
It’s quite frustrating to hear their hyperbolic statements and allusions when they do not back it with anything.
This is obviously a PR campaign to keep conservatives riled up...but to what end? If they have the evidence they don’t need us to be shouting in the streets and the interwebs.
