So, the same people who allowed a Judge to rewrite PA election law to allow manufacturing votes for 9 days after the election are suddenly “outraged”?
If the PA legislature was looking for political cover to go ahead and select its own slate of electors, they now have their scapegoat — Dominion.
tbh, i am not there and i did not track it but perhaps they did not have a legal recourse given the PA SC decision at the state level? perhaps they would have needed to bring a lawsuit to the federal court and were dissuaded by lac of standing considerations(?) prior to the election...
A story three or four days ago broke on Rebel News, involved a reporter going to the Toronto offices of Dominion Voting Systems located in Toronto’s Chinatown. It shares a floor with the Tides (Canada) Foundation. Of course, both are funded by Schwartz Georgi. Not surprisingly, both organisations have removed their names from the lobby and many employees have deleted their LinkedIn accounts. Can you say, ‘Going Underground? I knew you could!

I’m curious about this too. I don’t understand the purpose of county-level certifications if the state can swoop in and overwrite them with state-wide election approval/certification.

from one standpoint, they could have made themselves significantly more difficult to detect if they had simply used a more randomized touch on the controls. if the analyses are confirmed, then it is much easier to explain to a jury or a judge— their MO would seem to display a lack of sophistication for basic programming and basic statistics.
maybe as some have suggested they can get accounting firm auditors to go over the numbers, and that would lend more weight to an argument that might already be solid to begin with, just so the judges and/or juries don’t feel intimidated.
one thing is that the arguments being made in favor of manipulation are not necessarily arguments that fit into neat categories such as “RLA” or other standard vote fraud detection methods. Rather, what works seems to be a combination of old fashioned examination of physical ballots (the physical ballots that electronic voting systems are intended to render obsolete) and massaging data for high level algorithmic patterns that would betray the presence of systemic electoral fraud (the type of fraud that vote fraud audit methods might not be designed to find). in addition, check other potential fraud sources such as broken shields and lack of adequate monitoring which seems to have gone by the wayside with the introduction of electronic and electronically assisted voting systems.
also case law is described as mostly considering only vote fraud and not electoral fraud (the latter traditionally being viewed as much less frequently occurring, since it is traditionally viewed as much more difficult— again perhaps part of a legacy of the hand balloting era and possibly part judicial laziness— new systems in reality creating new opportunity for systemic electoral fraud on a colossal scale never seen before in the US or the US judicial system— existing case law precedent should perhaps not be allowed to apply ).
