A man pleaded guilty on Thursday to helping set ablaze a Minneapolis police precinct during a George Floyd protest in May, a report said.
Bryce Williams, 26, of Minnesota, copped to a charge of conspiracy to commit arson in connection to the May 28 fire at the Third Precinct, the Star Tribune reported.
Williams helped torch a Molotov cocktail, which was then tossed inside the precinct by another man, the charges say.
He also tossed a box onto an existing fire outside the precinct’s entrance, according to the charges.
Protesters had been targeting the Third Precinct, where the four since-fired Minneapolis police officers charged in connection to the killing of Floyd had worked.
Last month, Ivan Hunter, 26, a member of the extremist Boogaloo Bois was charged with firing 13 rounds from an AK-47 into the precinct on the same night it was burned down.

The Left has latched onto this and uses it to attempt to blame all violence, arson, looting in our many urban Leftist “peaceful protests” on the Right. It is complete insanity and/or disingenuousness.
The fire effectively destroyed any evidence of that station’s possible involvement with bigger things, like a counterfeiting ring. That might have been intentional. But our media will never ask penetrating questions or go beyond stirring the racial pot.
And what does guilty get him?
A seat at the revolution table?

This is the first I’ve heard of the Boogaloo bois firing a rifle into the police precinct building.
I went to the daily mail site, read this article and another one about Ivan.
No motive was given the second article said that he traveled there with the intent to riot.
Without more info, I don’t believe that.
This has been known for some time. Though you might not see it posted around these parts, the Boogaloo Bois and the Proud Boys have perpetrated random acts of violence. There is ample proof of that.
But let's keep it in perspective. The riots and violence were instigated by BLM and Anitfa (who should be considered the paramilitary arm of the DNC) and they were the ones who committed most of the violence.
“REALLY?”
There was a $900,000 bust of counterfeit money shortly before this (a couple of months). There has been speculation that an alphabet agency was involved somehow.
Floyd was trying to use some counterfeit money (which was the ostensible reason police were called).
But Floyd was a druggie and loose canon; IF he had access to counterfeit money, and wasn’t supposed to be showing it around, then whoever headed the counterfeit ring might have wanted him silenced.
And IF that is so, then having a (dirty) cop do the deed is much more “tidy” than otherwise. If a cop takes somebody out (supposedly in the line of duty) then the case is closed and there is no search for other parties.
But trumpeting the “racism” angle diverts attention from anything else.
