As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, POTUS has mentioned many times of his knowledge of fraud in other elections.
I find it invincible, in light of the 2018 EO that ODNI has not had active FISA ongoing (remember, those go two steps) regarding this matter since 2018 elections. How fast the INTEL can be acted upon by DOJ, or MILINTEL to abort the theft is another matter. Time will tell, but I believe the first action on such FISA INTEL would be indictments and arrests, THEN SCOTUS presentation to overturn the fraud.
