In building its case for multi-state audits of those relying on Dominion Voting Systems, the Trump legal team has a former Venezuelan official saying it was designed to rig elections, according to former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell on Newsmax TV.
"The math just doesn't add up for anything and we know Dominion has a long history of rigging elections, because that's what it was created to do to begin with," Powell told Tuesday's "Greg Kelly Reports," noting even the "founder of the company admits he can change a million votes, no problem at all."
Powell told host Greg Kelly the team has an affidavit of a former high-ranking Venezuelan military officer who now lives in America, saying he saw the rigging of Venezuelan elections for Hugo Chavez.
"So don't tell me there's no evidence of fraud," she continued. "We've got increasingly mounting evidence of significant fraud across multiple states that casts into question the validity of elections in every swing state."
It is not just limited to Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia either, she said. adding "it went beyond that, too."
Powell said the ease of changing vote tallies and manipulating results was a "feature" of the devices, according to the military officer's affidavit.
"It was created so Hugo Chavez would never lose another election, and he did not after that software was created," Powell said. "He won every single election and then they exported it to Argentina and other countries in South America, and then they brought it here."
Powell also argued, as a foreign company, the use of that election system already violated President Donald Trump's order against foreign interference in our election.
"Our votes were eventually counted in Barcelona, Spain, or Frankfurt, Germany, on foreign servers," Powell claimed. "It's absolutely stunning."

Ok, good start. But I know what some damn Judge will say. Prove it was used in the US. I don’t care if it was used in Venezuela, what is the direct connection to this election.
It appears we have much higher legal requirements for companies who make and operate slot machines in casinos than we do for companies that make and operate the hardware and software that counts the votes and decides who is in control of the US government.
Yes, but there is something else that is interesting to me.
I theorize that Flynn told her about it. That it has been used by the US. But she cant say any of that.
I also theorize that it is possible CIA really was behind it all along - or the Brits given that Lord or whatever he is being involved.

Sidney Powell is a super star. But, telling us about this will not cut it anymore. Go and tell the judge - and do it fast. These states will begin certifying in the next few days. That may be game over time.

that didnt’t format well, anyway these are pics from the dominion radio observatory somewhere in Canada.
I was wondering around Canada lost as hell (before cell phones and gps) and eventually saw another car, so after following it for an hour they pulled over and wanted to know why I was following them, I said I was lost, they said they were lost too and we both laughed, eventually I ended up at this observatory and the scientists were nice enough to give me a tour and let me watch them move one of their big dishes..
Sidney needs to put up or shut up with Dominion.
She needs direct proof with this election.
If she cannot get any substantial evidence on Dominion.
She needs to help Rudy on the mail-in and absentee ballots.
And Judge Emmet Sullivan's INSANE actions and behavior towards Flynn.. Especially Sullivan's doubling-down and SPITTING IN THE FACE OF THE DOJ's DROPPING ALL CHARGES AGAINST FLYNN.. Sullivan got extra cranky as the election neared because THE DEEP STATE WANTED TO SILENCE FLYNN BECAUSE HE KNOWS ALL ABOUT THEIR ELECTION THEFT RACKET.
So she blew off Carlson but appeared on NEWSMAX, I like her more and more everyday.
There is someone on twitter who made some allegations regarding Sullivan, his son, Cummings, and a few other people. A GOP whose name doesnt come to mind. Maybe it was Rod Rosenstein...
Anyway, it would explain Sullivan’s insane actions.
People have tried to find the arrest record of the son for the case that was dropped... I think they found it under misspelled name.
Whatever the case, Sullivan looks like he was blackmailed
