A federal judge appointed by President Donald Trump rejected what he called a “creative” lawsuit on Thursday. It was a suit that Georgia’s assistant attorney general warned would cause the Peach State’s largest disenfranchisement since the Jim Crow era.
“To halt the certification at literally the 11th hour would breed confusion and disenfranchisement that I find have no basis in fact and law,” U.S. District Judge Steven Grimberg declared at the end of a roughly two-and-a-half hour hearing.
The celebrity attorney making the breathtaking request was L. Lin Wood, Jr., who also represented former U.S. Congressman Gary Condit and the alleged victim in the Kobe Bryant case. Wood has also represented Nicholas Sandmann and JonBenét Ramsey’s family. Wood currently represents Kyle Rittenhouse and Marjorie Taylor Greene.
While Wood sued in his capacity as an average Georgia voter, the judge made clear that this did not give the lawyer a basis to sue.
“There is no doubt that the right to vote, even an individual’s right to vote is sacrosanct,” Judge Grimberg added, adding that this “doesn’t mean that individual voters have the right to dictate” the manner in which that vote is counted.

Weak and pathetic judge. Obviously more scared of the mob that might ruin his lifestyle than his oath to honor the law.
I had a problem with the judge’s statement:

The point was not that Lin Wood was trying to dictate the manner in which a vote is counted but rather they were supposed to follow THE LAW in handling + counting the ballot.
His name was Seth Rich.

Maybe, but there isn't enough hard evidence to do anything about it. You have to fight fraud before the election, not after, it is a losing (lost) battle at this point. The election is going to stand. I encourage you to take to the streets, MAGA it up for the next 4 years until we can get the Whitehouse back. But don't ignore the elections coming up, which need to be one.

We had it. James O’Keefe delivered an important ballot harvesting voter fraud case and gift wrapped it for the “Trump” DOJ. And they ignored it. This is what a coup looks like. If you want more of this go ahead and elect the GOPe Senators from GA because this is how the coup enabling GOP rolls.
The election for President is not a federal election. It’s run by the states. No federal jurisdiction.
Sure there is federal jurisdiction. Where do you think the money came from to buy those votes in Minneapolis? From the vast network of out of state Democrat NGOs. A basic investigation would uncover these facts. But the coupists at DOJ have no interest in the rule of law, unfroutatenly. They want Trump gone by any means necessary.
It is already scary. It is getting scarier.
If Trump GOPe? You just said he had the evidence gift wrapped and sent to him and nothing happened. Trump got sunk by the swamp. He put the wrong people around him, and it cost him the election.
Are you seriously going to argue we are better off with 2 dems elected in Georgia, majority leader Schumer, and the dems in control of the entire government? Time to suck it up and move on, not sabotage the country out of self pity.
