Where has she been these past 9 months?
That was already done, back in the spring, and it didn’t work too well then, and it won’t work in the future.
Temporary payments won’t and can’t replace a regular check. Payments to stay home have to be funded from somewhere and by someone.
She should be staying home and shutting her mouth, and the country would be far better off if she just plainly went away. Perhaps Maduro will welcome her permanently to Venezuela?
Maybe we should pay people to stay at home and not go to Congress for votes?

If Democrats truly believe that lock downs are the best way to defeat the China virus why don’t they prove it? Democratic state governors should shut their states down for two weeks, no exceptions. Show us the way! Instead they want to have it both ways resulting in no progress because it’s like killing roaches...everytime you reduce their numbers in one area they show up somewhere else. Trump may have lost the election because he lacks the power to do a total national lockdown. Governors do have the power but choose not to follow their own convictions. And where is Congress and State legislatures? Shouldn’t the will of the people be heard, especially during this emergency?
