You have to believe Kemp is in on the steal. Maybe the deal is the R win both seats. On the other hand maybe the D blackmail him and get both seats. Once you allow cheating, does it matter?
A ton of money was raised out of state for Ossoff in his last election. So was money for Stacy Abrams. Warnock is seen as another Abrams; only caring for his own race color and religiously crazy. These folks wouldn't have a chance if it were not for the fraud like in Atlanta.
