Under what theory of jurisdiction?

Rest assured that President Trump's historic case of Elective Fraud will end in the United States Supreme Court

Under what theory of jurisdiction?

Under the theory that an air-tight charge of Fraud perpetrated against the United States of America, after a series of appeals, will terminate in the Supreme Court of said United States.
