Devil's Advocate: I live in Michigan and we see this every single election. Most of the state reports, and the R is leading by several points. Then sometime in the middle of the night the first numbers for Wayne county come in, and the contest instantly flips to the D.
The only exception was 2016. When Wayne county reported, Trump held onto his lead by a sliver. That's when the champagne corks started popping for Team Trump.
So this instant change in totals isn't because those numbers were fabricated, it's because Wayne county had been counting all night, then report a huge batch all at once.
It's an entirely different question as to how many of those votes were legitimate, and how many were manufactured fraud.

You are making assumptions without evidence. This is very suspicious to many people. Especially with their stopping counting for several hours then starting up again. There are other problems as well. The Republican canvassers felt there was massive evidence of voting and election fraud. They have recanted the coerced through threats certification and the county is now not certifiable.
Even Wayne county does NOT vote democrat 99:1
Unless a crook filled out hundred thousand fake ballots marked ONLY for president and none for any down the line positions.
