they want to add an unspecified 2020 WEC manual appendix covering covid-19 concerns (yikes! 6 foot social distancing, here it comes!)
the democrats don’t even want to put a date (nov 2020) on the WEC manual. there have been about 3 or 4 revisions to the 2018 manual (so far not approved?).
the democrats want to approve the timetable before the manual and they want to make late november changes to the 2020 manual.
On the upside this is the year the flu is cured.
