I remember a Congressional term where the Republicans held a slight majority in the House, but chose to “share” power with the Democrats. Does anyone remember which term that was? I remember it being a big thing, because of course Republicans folded for the Democrats like they usually do, and I remember Rush talking about this on his show as well when it happened.
