Yes, I expect that Democrats will cancel Christmas, but I also thing they are going to start panicking over lost taxes.
Our Christmas plans include a 2800 mile road trip with my wife and I and two adult kids who don’t live with us to go see my mom and her husband and then my mother in law and my two other adult kids.
We’ll have a rear luggage carrier to cover the license plate. I may remove the front plate.
Even in Germany and the Philippines, a very very subdued Christmas. Merkel and Duterte both hate and despise Christmas and Christians. The Wuhanic Plague gave them the perfect lockdown excuse.
It’s predicted that at least in the Philippines, ECQ, actually its martial law, (extremely strict quarantine, backed by the military and police), will be in force. No one under 21 or over 65 allowed outside their home, masks, face shields and gloves required at all times, and quarantine passes (and permission to travel pass) required. And that travel pass is only given to frontliners - medical, police, fire and the government.
The DemonicRats were going to cancel all weekends till the end of the year; until someone informed them that weekends are meaningless if you don’t work.
