Exactly my thought, too. They are using ultra high prices to deter and shut down recounts. Bastards.
Maybe the Trump campaign is trying to get this into Federal Court by involving Bush v Gore, hoping for a federal ORDER for a full recount, also eliminating the other $5 million.
Those counties always carry every election as there are just more people. Upstate has only 600,000 people - less than the City of Milwaukee
I think he needs to look at RED counties that is where they stole it!!! His campaign Mgr. needs to look at numbers in each county that are out of whack and go there!!!

Some Milwaukee precincts had 200% turnout. State total turnout was 89%...supposedly....
Bush v. Gore did not create a blanket ban on partial recounts. The issue was that different counties were using different standards for their recounts. Whether a federal judge would go out on a limb and use it to say that this recount violates equal protection principles is questionable.

Calculates out to just UNDER $3.50 per vote in those 2 counties.
$2.8 Million Divided by 804,000 votes.
Nov 5, 2020 — Claims that turnout jumped from 67% to 89% over 4 years are false.
Using the proper figures for 2020 voters shows a turnout around 72%.
oh well.. if Milwaukee had 200 percent turnout, all of those votes should definitely be counted... we wouldn’t want to disappoint such Seriously-Determined voters, would we?

Dane County had a 90.38% turnout. Insane.
In Dane County, Biden shot past Obama by 20.4%, another strange statistical bump that denies the national trend, state trend, and regional trend. Of the 7 counties surrounding Dane, Biden underperformed Obama anywhere from 12.38% to 1.26%. Suddenly, as you cross that county border Biden support jumps 20 points? Not plausible. Again, it is difficult to see how Biden underperformed in Milwaukee and then suddenly crushed it in Madison or that voter attitudes and behaviors would shift by 20-32 points in a few miles. The increase in Dane County factored for 44,086 more votes than Obama. This again points to a huge statistical improbability. For reference, Biden only won the state by 20,000 votes.
