A new study being promoted by the mass media claims that working from home makes people more “racist” because they are less exposed to ‘diversity’ in the workplace.

I haven’t looked at the study, or dug into the full article, but on its face, I would not be surprised if this is so. A large part of the population is barraged with fully racist messaging in the news and in corporate training classes, while at the same time, not being out meeting and dealing with actual people.

It’s long been known that ‘diversity’ training has the effect not of blending folks, but of categorizing groups and making each stand out in tribal fashion. It was done not for effectiveness in getting employees to work together, but as lawsuit protection.
