I'm sorry for you pain. Your question answers itself. Not a healthcare professional, but it seems to me lack of contact with humanity is contrary to the concept of healthcare. I'm reminded of Viktor Frankl. A copious writer, the third leg of the Vienna school of psychotherapy with Freud and Adler, in Man's Search for Meaning, an account of his time at Auschwitz, he attributed survival to an individuals will to live, for some purpose. Even seeing his beloved dog would work. Without it, survival was difficult.

Don't tell those shutting everything everything down, destroying buisness', isolating family. Destroying Thanksgiving, soon Christmas and Chanukah. Note, the elites celebrate all these things, including birthdays and political victories. Something to live for, which they would deny us.

Possibly formite contract from people not disinfecting the goods before handling and storing goods (infectious virus has been found to survive in the fridge and freezer food). But if one is as careful as you, you'd think pickup/delivery would be less of a risk.
