This is why you can not offer a reward that will entice a whistle-blower to come forward. They think they are completely blameless or they are brazen liars.
We seem to have forgotten "Joe the Plumber" who challenged Obama in a conversation on the street. He had his confidential records released that day. Does anyone believe Obama ordered that done? It was likely just a like minded commie in the records office that thought she was doing what was right.
