I’ve always been curious what California politics would look like IF.….
- Only traceable paper ballots were used
- ID was required to vote
- Absentee ballots were limited only to overseas military and physically infirm, and had to be in 2 weeks before election
- Registration ended 1 week before Election Day
- Everyone had to actually vote on election day
- Voter rolls were cleared every 10 years
…..You know, if elections were actually clean
