They are definitely spreading it intentionally to targeted people. I hope some day they get caught, but it will probably take one of them bragging or confessing about it for them to get caught.

People should not have to quarantine if they have NO symptoms. They can go about their business and wear a mask. They even let doctors and hospital workers do this. This stuff needs to stop- quit calling it a “case” when there are no symptoms!
