Unfortunately, Sidney Powell's witness only saw election fraud being conducted in Venezuela in 2013.
He said that what happened election night looked to him like the same thing, but he didn't actually witness any U.S. votes being switched.

Now, if she had witnesses that saw them change votes or reset the system to cheat then that’s hard proof. That’s what we need in front of a judge..

I think that says Powell has a witness that saw the BIDEN switch on machines. He didn’t run in Venezuela in 2013.
I listened to her interview on Mark Levin, and she walked that back. She thus far has no witness to anything for the 2020 U.S. election, just a witness from the 2013 Venezuelan election who says what he saw happen there looks to him like what happened here.
That was my assessment as well. sounds light to me but what do I know.
